Ah ha! Ee revealed the Chips department! Brians nemesis!😮😅
Great Video just finished my build and your build was excellent for watching to help with the build saved errors and made the finish product so much easier, amazing how some don't appreciate Horizon bringing back the product and keeping the price down all the wants everyone seems to want would only add to the cost. Very easy to add what one wants such as upgraded linkage wire connectors and prop and in my car upgraded ESc, Keep up the GREAT videos
Such a buttery smooth master piece. Glorious in the air, screw top speed. I wanna see that beauty crawl around in the bowl, 10-15ft off the ground. Great video, guys 👍

Gott 16 flights on that one so far.I am waiting for the 3 blade prop and the soft tires to arrive I put off buying this plane a looong time till i saw your vid THANKS FOR CONVINCING ME I LOVE THIS PLANE!!!

I don't completely understand the electronics, pretty new still yet to flying but would an 80amp esc help with a 16x8 prop? The reason I ask is cause im thinking of getting this one for my first big flyer. And would like it to fly simuler to my 1200mm t28 climbing rate wise
I dont like to complain but im sure eflite had there reasons..... but for the price of this bird why she didn't come with a scale 3 blade prop... and shock asorbing landing gear just bugs me..😅

That airplane is definitely a keeper. Yeah, it sounds great, and I like that bounce it does when cruising on the runway. Really impressive looking big boy toy. Thanks for sharing Brian. 👍👍👍
Great video. The lawn looks nice
You always do a great job on your reviews. I tried a 14×9x3 bladed prop, it seems to work very well also. Appreciate you are honesty in you evaluations.

Awesome, thank you! I love the three bladed prop, and didn't even mention that it does allow for a slightly better prop clearance for some who fly a lot form grass.
That sounds so nice even at like 10% throttle. I would definitely do this modification if I get it. Thanks Brian!

The landing at 4:53 was amazing great job!
Such a beautiful plane!! The wide flight envelope on that bird is amazing!! Another great video you two!! Keep up the great work and good luck with the future add-ons!! Oh and....just a personal preference, but I like to use a socket on the prop nuts myself. You don't even need the ratchet to torque it down. :) Fly on friends!!

You just hold the socket? You must have a death grip ;) (I'm always told I have a death grip when shaking hands, but I can't hardly tell...I'm just used to carrying around 50 lbs weights in both hands...so it's just "normal" to me)

Hey Brian, just have a random question... I just bought a freewing yak 130 arf+. I had the pnp version and crashed it beyond repair so I figured I'd just use the 70mm from it and put it in the arf+. Would it be ok to put an 100amp predator esc it in instead of the stock 60amp esc?
@BrianPhillipsRC

You can pretty much always go bigger, but not smaller. Trouble you MIGHT run into is the connectors may not be the correct size...no biggie, just redo them. Larger current handling is okay, but it will come at a cost of additional weight.
What size battery did you use and how long was the flight on that battery? Thanks

I think it's a great aircraft but it costs around £650 in the UK. So why does it have rubbish quality gear? Lighting could be improved too. It's just that when you buy it, to bring it up to top quality gear and landing lights, it's going to cost a few more hundred pounds!!

Yeah, it's a lot of cash, and I too would have liked to see some aluminum spring loaded oleo's on each gear bogey...but I didn't think the LED's were anything too terrible. Also, I would have liked to see some pneumatic tires too, and nose gear doors, but to be frank...the flight quality, and performance is just amazing! In fact, all the Carbon Z lineup are all just amazing. This aspect will make up for any issues you might consider to be "deal breakers"...I have 4 Carbon Z planes, and LOVE them all!
