I love Dzung and her energy and how she are very friendly that make everyone feel comfortable around her. The guest look stiff at the beginning but getting more comfortable at the end. I just can't forget the episode with Donal Skehan, very good.

I have that aebleskiver cast iron pan along with the Takoyaki one. I purchased them just so I can make banh khot, which I've yet to do. LOL! The banh khot version I ate growing up is different than many of the Vietnamese versions I've seen on youtube where it's more of a mini version of the banh xeo. The ones I had did not have turmeric in them and they had ground pork, bean sprouts...and who knows what else. It's been so long. But I do remember LOVING them (more than banh xeo) when I ate them as a kid. I think the central region of Vietnam makes the version I like.

BTW, I love Marion's Kitchen. I found her channel this year and it's great. Another one I really love is Souped Up Kitchen. Mandy does an amazing job of explaining Chinese recipes. I love all the details and background she gives. You should totally check out both those channels. I did check out Adam's channel and found the recipes to look good, but the way he goes about explaining things is a bit slow for me. I'll watch a few more videos to see if he grows on me. But totally check our Marion's Kitchen and Souped Up Kitchen.
