Just over two months and no it hasn't.

My Dyson hair dryer stopped working after 2.5 years (yes, I cleaned the filter). I took it into a local Dyson repair shop and they won't fix it because I removed the tag (that was an eyesore) with the serial number on it. So I'm out $600. They said they could sell me another one for a discount....sign. I'll never buy a Dyson again. I expect better service out of a premium brand. It's clearly a Dyson product. Not sure why the serial number is critical. Apple will work on any Apple product without a serial number. Not to mention the frustration of a $600 hair dryer failing shortly after the warranty period.

Actually apple won’t work on a device without a serial number. But they will work on every single apple product because there is always a way to find out the serial number whereas with a Dyson you can’t tell besides with the tag

50 bucks is not substantially less. That being said if you're buying it for a male, then Origin is the way to go, as those additional attachments are going to be a dead weight.

I’m very confused. I swear my barber has a cordless version of this but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Am I missing something?

Don t know if is cordless but is a version of dyson that only salon owners licence can buy it

I've got the Supersonic and it is expensive but it is worth it for me. I need the comb attachment and it does not make my hair dry
