    Dynam models look and fly great, and are value priced. That being said my experience with the Grand Cruiser was rocky to say the least. Not going into it here, but I left a lengthy review on the Motion RC website.

    I’d love to get a mustang one day. I don’t think it’ll be the Dynam though, as I need to remove the wing each time for transport, and that win attachment didn’t seem too great. Its a shame as everything else looked great.

    WooooH!! haha, you fly close to the stall Andrew! Ive been watching the P51 for a long time, I have a few Dynams, Cessna 1300mm, and the at6 1400mm the cessna fly's like a bixler, and the at6 fly's like it wants to stall, it has to be flown at 75% throttle ALL the Time or it drops the wing, Dynams aren't perfect but they are reasonably priced great vid thanks for sharing :-)

    Hi Andrew, just received my model today 2-3-2020 main wings are my problems the main spar covers have not been fitted properly . I can see the wires down the holes so the cover is not flush with the wing , got one off ,the wires are not in the slots or secured in the slots ,one wheel leg is loose too . I'll get it sorted but for this price £175 it should be better . Always like your vids ,keep up the good work . Graham

    I've got the unique models 1200 mm p51 (actually 2 that I bought off a mate ) one was brand new, never flown , the other had flown ,crashed and had been repaired when I got it . I decided to work the used one for a bit just to see how it performed and when I thought it didn't have enough thrust I put a 14" two blade prop on it and the first attempt to fly it resulted in an unrecoverable left turn closely followed by kissing the dirt with surprisingly the rudder coming off being the only injury . After some repairs I made a second attempt a few days later and it got a few inches above the ground ,entered the same left turn again but because it was so low it tore the mains off the retracts as they were only made of nylon. Starting to surmise that the left turning tendency is a considerable torque reaction from the probably oversized prop and lack of sufficient airspeed. Subsequently I've decided to put the used one to bed for the immediate future and build the new one but this time I'm going with the 10*8 four blade prop to see if that can reduce the torque problem . ?..we'll see..Like you we aren't blessed with a particularly good landing strip and it looks like a balancing act with the elevator during the initial part of the takeoff run at least until it builds up sufficient speed but that's tail drag gears for you

    Buy some yellow paint for those prop tips. Pour a little pain in the cap of the bottle and you will get a matching level on each tip. It is a shame that your kit was defective. It tends to make people think that the same could happen to them.

    Hi there. I have the 1600 version and the quality is also crap. Within a few months all the foam bends, sags and warps. I have the corsair and it's the same. Personally I would not waist my money on these foam planes 👍

  • @jboycs5483

    @jboycs5483

    Warps and sags within months? Really? There is plenty of fun to be had with foamies, they have their place being so much cheaper and fixable. I have a few foam planes that are years old that show no signs of "warping and sagging" , I do have a couple balsa planes that have loosened covering and warped wings though. Nothing beats a 'pro' plane but not everyone wants some awesome thing they can't afford to crash

    This dynam p51d is a poor plane out of the box. rolls left at take off, so take off very slow. Also wings bounce for reinforce wing with fabric tape end to end. Too easy to break prop so go 2 blade and belly land. Retracts are cheap and bend/break so easy. I would not recommend this plane to a beginner or early intermediate.
