Now I don’t know anything about fitness but I think if you fill the bottle to the top it’ll move less and makes your exercise more efficient

@@rf9198 let me make it simple for you: you can’t land a bottle flip when it’s full, it needs to be filled about one quarter. That means when the bottle is full, the distribution of mass and angular velocity don’t change, making it harder to spin or flip

i don't think this will make the exercise more efficient, I think it will make the exercise easier to do. It's more efficient if not only are you working the target muscles but also all of the stabilizing muscles. You need to work the stabilizing muscles harder if the weight is not stable.
