I agree that the slander for Dwight was crazy and unjustified to that degree but don’t you think he was stretching the truth a bit in some of his stories? Maybe I was interpreting a bit much into it but at times you can tell that Jack didn’t buy some of these stories. Lol Dwight is one of the freakiest athletes I’ve ever seen so I doubt policemen, firemen and whoever the fuck else acccording to D12 told him that he won’t make it 😂

This is the best version of Dwight. Never understood all the hate he received. This dude was a dominant center for 6 years at the highest level of his sport. Averaged a double-double for 14 years!
i use to look up dwight when i was a kid. he was my GOAT. he was my motivation i lost 225 pounds because of the workouts he showed me. he got me tickets to see him play one time and we been locked in ever since.. he's misunderstood in a major way, he's the most genuine human alive..

I love Dwight. He is so misunderstood and his back injury was really serious. I knew it was bad but to almost be paralyzed is crazy. He is just good vibes and energy and he deserves his respect. He is no question a top 75 player of all time and his prime will not be forgotten. Also I love that he mentioned Young Nudy and other ATL artists.

Lol Kobe didn’t have him traded though. Dwight had the leverage, remember LA was begging him to stay then he left to sign with the Rockets. That decision actually kept major free agents away from LA. Like Bron signing in LA was huge for Lakers brand.

The NBA did this man dirty. Should've made that top 75 team. Dwight was underrated in my eyes.

I thought this episode was going to be funny as hell. Don’t get me wrong, it is. But Dwight is so much more than the jokes. He expresses gratitude, empathy and really just a well rounded human. I’m so glad i watched this! This show is fantastic.
Dwight said theres only one dolph we like and its young dolph 🤣
Dwight was amazing. Thank you for the great Kobe stories, meant a lot. And that 2020 title was a great run, wouldn’t have done it without Dwight. But Kobe should be the logo. No one in the history of the game dedicated their life to the game itself more than KB.

Great interview-almost didn’t watch due to media portrayal of him over the years. Thanks for the 1st-person version (allowing athletes to tell their own stories)🔥🔥🔥

Dwights impersonations are HOF! That Stan Van Gundy shit had me dying.
I truly loved this episode being a die hard NBA fan since 1991 I’ve always thought Dwight Howard was super talented and extremely nice. Anyone who’s ever seen him could tell that he’s cheerful and easy going with a fun loving spirit. I’m a Laker fan as well and I felt they didn’t treat him well nor play him enough. I haven’t seen any deterioration in Dwight’s skills. I was also a U.S. Marine for many years so I respected him for his 10 day excursion and understand what he went through. I must admit I don’t know what made him want to do it. Praying 🙏🏾 he stays healthy and so sorry to hear about the pain he’s played through for people void of empathy and sympathy. Great interview! I was supposed to see this because I am such a fan of Dwight and Matt!

The greatest Orlando magic player of all time 8 years of greatness he had Orlando in the mix for a title every year he needs to go back and end his career in magic blue
Now I really like this DH. He was serious and kept it real and still hit us with his humor. At one point in time DH was a beast and one of the best in the NBA during his prime time. I am rooting for you big fella.
This was one of the best ATS episodes. Lifelong lakers fan and Dwight was a huge part of that championship team. Shoutout to Matt and Stack for giving this man a platform to clear his name

Whole different perspective with regard to Dwight! Media certainly missed it… I now understand this man’s greatness and he still has much to offer for the NBA or any other athletic endeavor! Play on sir!
Dwight with that shaq impression was incredible
Always loved how Bron said he could play every position, and yet never tried to guard DH during that series. They were about the same size and Bron let DH a guy that was not a great scoring offensive player to beat that Cavs team. That show you how scared Bron was of guys like DH and Timmy D.
One of the best interviews man, I'm always smiling like I'm part of it.
