    it's not always doing someone dirty, it's just that they are past their prime. There were issues with Carmelo he wasn't interested in coming off the bench but he changed his mentality and now is thriving in his role. IT had some amazing years in Boston and I could see him as an off the bench scorer the problem is he is older now and really short and is invisible on defense.

    Im a long time Celtics fan and i love this dude.. Isaiah's Celtics is one of the most exciting celtic team to watch atleast in my era.. Compared to the celtics this season, i keep on telling my wife that i missed Isaiah's season, where everyone plays in sync and better team play.. I was one of those people who got upset that he got traded.. Even being a celtic's fan i still feel that he got betrayed.. i know it's business but that was too much.. I hope Celtics atleast give this dude another chance even off the bench.. Pay him for what he did a couple of years ago.. I know celtics fan would love it and nobody would complain abt it...

    been waiting on this for a long time, i was too young to truly watch iverson play, but isaiah thomas and cp3 have been huge inspirations for me i’m sure countless other under 6 foot tall hoopers. his run in boston was unbelievable seeing how he could take over games and seemed like every shot in the 4th was going in

    IT will forever be one of my favorite players. After his sister passed, he fought through and dropped a 50 piece playoff game… on my birthday!! I hope he gets another chance to prove that he can still play, he deserves it! His 2017 season is the most underrated of all time!

    You can argue that most gm's will do that trade as well however what made it bad was the timming and the result. Kyrie left the celtics and didn't won a championship making us think we should have just ride with i.t. and gave his dues since he deserve it, i don't know about max since he got injured but probably close to it on a 3 year deal would have been fine.
