My kids and I love making butter pecan waffles with maple butter. They are so friggin good!!!

What I like to eat for breakfast during the weekend. It depends what mood I am in. Sometimes I will make a fried egg sandwich. It's where I fry/toast 2 eggs on a pan on both sides and I put ham and 2 slices of good cheese (one that melts good aswell) inbetween them. And for that I also get fresh orange juice. I love Blood oranges, but they are hard to get here in Denmark. Other times I go to the baker and buy some yummy rolls (I think they are called that) and we eat them with either just butter, cheese, marmelade, Nutella, Meat (ham, salami etc.) Warm liverpate with bacon on top. Yes I know liverpate just the name sounds gross, but its not It's. :) If you ever want to try a recipe on Danish baked goods let me know I will gladly send you some. Love to see what you come up with next.
