Roger seems one of the sweetest people

John hasn't changed. He's really aged quite well so has Roger!

He's gotten a lot more talkative since rejoining the band. I love how he still manages to retain some of the Brummie accent too.

@@ladyi7609 I imagine a lot of the anxiety Roger felt at the height of DD fame has subdued greatly, now they don't have the insane level of pressure of young screaming fans, touring and the general media spotlight upon them. Back then, it was overwhelming for a self-confessed introvert like Roger, and Andy even mentions in his biography how Roger admitted to him that he had developed agoraphobia by the mid 80s, which is why he left the band to get back to some calm and normality. He has always been more of the type to keep his feelings to himself and carry on, which is why the band weren't necessarily aware of how much he was struggling, particularly as there were a lot of in fights within the band and louder characters overshadowing him without realising it.

@@ladyi7609 you can watch a video from 1982 and his voice is exactly the same; same soft timbre ... amazing, really ....

I was one of the lucky ones that went to see that show that night !! Brilliant as always!!!

btw, as a big fan of Nigel ... which I think you are .... if you haven't read his autobiography, u shd check it out .... he looks Exactly like both of his parents .... awesome pics in the book
