mgparis no need to be jelaous😘👸 but it's fair to say they were nice, even if me and my lot were very young and noisy and silly! A bit embarrassed of how I acted, I would behave really differently now (wisdom of age). p.s. Yasmin and Reene really nice too💖Thank you and all the best.

I met Simon and the boys in Copenhagen in 88? or thereabouts. I was modeling at the time so after we all got together after their concert and our fashion show. He was a super nice guy with no airs at at. Top bunch of lads and I'm still a huge fan.

Glad they worked it out , they are fairly humble to be so great

I remember doing the windmill ( breakdancing move ) to wild boys in P.E class as a teen. Upped my street cred somewhat 😂👍🏼

I like Duran Duran. Their latest two albums have that retro 1980´s sound but still sounds modern. I like the fact that they on "Paper Gods" had a combination of Nile Rodgers and Mark Ronson.

Their 14th Paper Gods was absolutly fantastic, but there 15th Future Past which I just listened to is even better.

Lindsay is a lovely addition to the Duran soundscape ... positivity wins the day.

Congrats DuranDuran 40plus years and still going in 2020 love Simon, john please sort your hair out my goodness.

Simon was not Duran's first singer,in fact i think he was the 3rd.I recall Steven 'Tin Tin' Duffy was either the 1st or second.

Simon was their 4th singer. Their first singer was Stephen Duffy. He and John Taylor met at their art college. The second singer was Andy Wickett, where they made their first Duran demo with Andy Wickett including Rio and girls on film in 1978. Then Andy Wickett left the band replaced by Jeff Thomas. Simon was their 4th singer. He joined Duran in 1981. Please learn facts. It's all stated in Duran's website, documentaries and John Taylor's book

Regardless who was the first singer does not matter. What matters is Simon is what the signature sound of Duran Duran is with John, Nick, Roger and previously Andy making it the original sound of the band!

@Tony .... The hair is the result of the shock for waking up so early. 😂 Musicians go to sleep very late. For a musician to wake up at 6:30 am to be in a TV studio at 8 am, it's like for us to wake up at 3 am to start work at 5.

That would be lovely if they could patch it up with Andy, i honestly dont think so, his autobiography was great to read i have got some respect back from me after reading it,especially leaving Duran Duran twice and the rest of the band to pick up the pieces especially during ahuge tour it put alot of strain on the rest of the band im ahuge life long fan off Duran Duran.
