Dunedin is truly beautiful

The best thing about Dunedin is the fact that it is easy to gert out of and enjoy the surrounding natural environment.

Love the Dunedin Sound. Flying Nun was formed in Christchurch, but the music always reminds me of Dunedin

Apparently I live the furthest possible distance on earth from this city... but when I heard bacon butties knew it was the nearest at heart! I must visit someday!

Dunedin is the South Island of New Zealand's best kept secret. A warm welcome is guaranteed from authentic local characters who tell it as it is. The city’s grand heritage buildings are within minutes of a rugged coastline teeming with unique wildlife. Great food, cafes, fashion, street art and a colourful nightlife keep visitors coming back for more.

This was such a heart warming video, and to know that people say these things about it. Amazing thank you New Zealand.

Just came here last 2 weeks and love this beautiful city and friendly folks.

Born here and only left once and came back. It's such an underestimated city and I love it! Toitu museum around Christmas time is certainly a highlight 🙂

Lived there for 2 years(Sept. 2009 to Sept. 2011), and don't regret a moment of it.... :D

I love Dunedin and especially the climate. Lived there for 7 years. Had to move away for work. I miss it so much.

Yes. The Gaelic name is Dùn Èideann and this city was settled by the Scots. So many of the street names are the same, which is pretty weird when you were born here and then wander around Edinburgh
