Dune: Spice Wars Long Play - House Corrino - Conquest - Battle for Plaster Basin (Normal Difficulty)
Protracted sandy imperialism playing as House Corrino, in the second battle of this campaign. Winning the first definitely helped and this is my favourite faction; but there was also some luck involved here. As usual my preferred method of strategy is to sit back and let everyone else fight each other, whilst focusing on crafty research, economic jiggery-pokery, political skulduggery and suchlike. Pure gameplay; no commentary.

[Edit - NB - this is the version of the game before the House Vernius of Ix / Heroes expansion and update. I will almost certainly find myself returning, for years to come, to gaze longingly at the classic-style Armory with voluptuously lovely array of nicely balanced weapon and gear buffs/debuffs; now replaced by (admittedly more tactical) unit-organisation-type modifications.
