Dumpster Diving "Your Loss Is My Gain"
Howdy, y'all! My name is Mike and I absolutely love scavenging for free stuff, random treasures, lost valuables and other interesting artifacts. In a nutshell, I ‘m an avid dumpster diver, scrapper, picker, treasure hunter and underwater connoisseur. I prowl the city streets in search of dumpster loot, curbside treasures & scrap metal as well as scour the river bottoms for lost valuables during the summer months when I can scrounge up enough money for gas. Be sure to stay subscribed to stay up to date with my latest expeditions, y'all!

Have a safe a happy weekend, y’all. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!
Happy to have Mike back. When you feel down, remember that you bring joy to hald a million people just by being you. Thank you for sharing you.
I can't understand why every time I see Mike getting goodies I actually feel so satisfied
I was so glad to hear the old Mike again. Actually I was kinda worried the last weeks since you seemed out of sorts ever since your operation. Very relieved because you are so appreciated and I know we all want the very best for you. You go above and beyond.
Thanks Mike for taking us along...The copper plated rod is a grounding rod to ground electrical systems. They must be driven a certain depth into the Earth and must retain the stamping near the dull end to prove it hasn't been cut... That big bend on the stamped end makes it undriveable and you can't cut off the stamp or it is no good for the inspector....
Mike, you are one of a kind. So many dumpster divers wont even jump in like you do. Its fun to watch you have so much fun. Have a great time. Be safe.
Mike! you're the only scavenger I enjoy watching. you make it fun and entertaining. I'm also amazed at your wealth of knowledge about different items. so, don't get down on yourself bro! You are a good person. Thank you Mike for the enjoyment you bring to my life.
I'm glad to hear you're feeling better Mike.
We have had a good time with you Mike! Great to know you are feeling much better. Love and peace to you, your lovely wife and the pooches!!! 🙏🥰❤❤
I just found your channel a few days ago, and have been binge watching since then. It makes me smile to see how much you love what you're doing! It's so nice to see you saving all that stuff from the landfills! You're a good man Mike.
The copper plated rod was a ground rod… I work at an electric supply company in the Texas panhandle, and seeing some the stuff you find still new in the packaging, and knowing how much it sells for is wild!
Note to self: Don't take a sip of coffee while Mike is jumping out of a dumpster.
Mike, the 'copper' rod is actually an earthing rod which is driven into the ground underneath the power boards of buildings. The earth wire connection is then clamped to the rod (at least here in Australia that is what it is!).
Work smarter not harder!
Hello Mike. I was driving through a neighborhood today and spotted a large dumpster. I found myself saying “hellloo mr pink opentop!” 😊
Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you, Mike! I absolutely love seeing your excitement, and your passion for snibbets
Keep the faith and know we love you Hoss! I love your videos and your humor. Stay with the humor and hug the pups for us!
Copper coated rod looks like a ground rod.
Mike so good to hear ya! I was Laughing soo hard at
The "copper rod" is a an electrical grounding rod. Steel, copper plated for conductivity with the earth. You'll find the top of those sticking out near the power meter / power entry at your house.
