Dumpster Diving Street Scrapping - Back To Work!

Got a whole shop full of scrap metal to bring in, but first we need to empty the truck! But before even that.. let's fill it up! Dumpster diving and street scrapping, let's go!
Wire stripper I use: amzn.to/3sirg18
The motorized stripper: amzn.to/3y0JMuQ
The wire cutters I like: amzn.to/2T6j3OW
The grips I recommend: amzn.to/2QCJmYl
The melting furnace: amzn.to/3EGxT2q
(If you make a purchase on amazon through the links above, a small amount of what amazon makes on the sale is shared with me. It's a great way to help support my channel, at no additional cost to you. Even if you buy something other than my tool recommendations!)

The biggest value in this haul, you walked right by. It was the drawer sliders. They're $20 apiece. Easily sell fort $10 to anyone adding garage shelving. Or, keep the whole drawer and make yourself some tool cabinets.

Great video. Just FYI, those track lighting you tossed in the shred have copper in them. There is some sort of cap on each end you take off then #1 copper the length of the track is easy to get. Slways a few sometimes three long pieces.

What’s up Thub! and Trash Pandas 😊 I feel like I should throw my little piece of recycling tid bit out there that I’ve recently found out -…. But the BLUE Covid masks that are EVERYWHERE have a piece of aluminum running thru it - not saying go pick up nasty masks but my girlfriend probably got through 2-4 masks a day at her work, so I cut them out and put them together… they’re not heavy at all BUT it’s better than throwing away and I just throw them in my alum cast bucket - so it’s like a small buffer if you will

Do you have a tutorial on whats what like breakage, prepaired steel, ect, ect? I took a load of scrap to the scrap yard the other day that was so heavy my back tires looked flat. I only got $93.00. I feel like I got ripped off. Risked hurting my back and other stuff. My brother used to be a scrapper and I wished I had paid attention. He died a couple of years ago. His hands looked like leather. Keep doing the thang you do brother! Love your show!

Why not try to sell the white doors as used parts? Wooden doors can be repaied and look afterwards as new. Guess you would get more money for those than for their value of scrabb metal from the handels. Would give them a try or make a huge table 😉. Blessing and a good, healthy start in the new year
