That was like 20 lbs each. Drag curls are great.

ACHV PEAK no I was just wondering. He’s a big inspiration of mine and hope to become like him when I’m older (I’m younger than what he was when he started going to the gym so I’m trying to get a bit of a head start😂). Your workouts are so good though. I burnt so many calories the other day and I’ve got a proper routine when I do them whereas at the gym I do different things!
Hi dj!! Is it ok to start the dumbbell combo program? When I log into the program, at the top it says ' we're still working on finishing the program' is the resistance bands workouts included in the program?

For sure. there are just a few workouts at the end that are getting added this week as well as some supplemental content. We just put that up there so anyone who purchased at the current discounted price wouldn't think it was the finished program.

First the 20min upper body for beginner, then the 18 min upper body and finished with this workout. Now i'm typing with my right toe.

Staying at home = Staying fit , just finished a 20 minute upper body intense workout, taking a 3 minute break than doing this burner
