Boil it in a covered vessel. But it need more time.

it should depend on the pressure cooker... she had a rather small one so her time should be faster vs yours if you have a bigger pot

thats the name of said product... but basically "candy made of milk" i think. so its better to just call it dulce de leche
Thats not the color it should have, a bit darker
