Dudley Zoo and Castle... Jay Explores

Dudley Zoo was originally built on the grounds of Dudley Castle in 1937 by the Third Earl of Dudley. Today it's run by the Dudley and West Midlands Zoological Society, and houses more than 1500 animals across 40 acres and it's a fantastic place to bring your kids. In this video I'm taking you with me on a full tour of the attraction. I'll also be showing you my vlogging set-up, featuring a Sony X3000 and a Sony RX100 mark VII.

23:14 that is a beautiful close-up of Joao, the male tiger. Also, Daseep (the female) was pacing back and forth in front of that door because that is where they do meet and greets, and people get to feed her and Joao. I had the pleasure of meeting Daseep last year, she is just the best.

Thanks Sarah. Really good to get some interesting background on what's happening there. They are my favourite animal and I hope to see more in future videos. 🙂

@@JayShareef no problem, Daseep and Joao are my favourites as well. Daseep is so friendly as she was hand reared and happily came over to us, but Joao isn't as friendly and kept his distance.

What's The Best Memory Card For Your Camera? V30 vs V90? UHS-I vs UHS-II? A1 vs A2? Hi Jay...Just wanted to let you know that i had to refer to the above content for a "refresher" and i really appreciate you keeping up on the channel. Wow! That was 2 years ago. I'm out and about using my Canon T-3i and Go Pro 11. Godspeed to you and the Family from U.S. Northern California.

Hey PW. Hope you're doing well. That's great to hear from you. I'm glad my old videos are still proving useful. And happy to hear you're still using the Rebel camera! That's quite a workhorse. Planning to do a lot more travel videos from now on. The tech stuff was fun and I might still do those kinds of vids, but they'll be on a separate KZread channel. 🙂
