im not a fan of ford at all but this is one hell of a truck and all that work gets expensive af really fast with all those shocks, im mostly impressed by the fact that its still road worthy as offroad capability big props to these guys, love to see it offroad and towing up ike gauntlet

The company that makes the F250R (Raptor) makes two trucks. A MegaRaptor and a SuperRaptor. They in house make their fender flairs and actually started making trucks like this way before DefCo. I’ve seen them fighting in Instagram comments and it sounds like F250R is not happy that DefCo copies their product.

We used to be a partner and affiliate of F250r, we built 2 megaraptors with Jere and his company. When we wanted to improve the fiberglass quality, and work with Jere to create a better and safer truck and come out with a 2017 line, our words fell upon deaf ears. So we cut ties with him and his company. We never copied his product as his come from the exact design of a raptor (which Ford is not at all happy with), and ours, as Doug said, was built from more a small scale design to a larger scale one. If we had truly copied his product we could not do what we do with these trucks, they just wouldn't be capable enough.
