Some lovely TIG welding for your one off fuel cell. Glad you left that space above the engine head for whatever insulation that you might need to keep from heating up things up more than necessary. Warmest regards!

It’s held by the carbon fibre shell. Alll attached to that

@@forthebold There's going to be a bit of weight in that tank, are you confident that vibration won't lead to the carbon fibre shell cracking at the mounting?

@@eh74nq it’s fully resistant to cracking the way the weaves and resin used. I’ve put a sample piece through it’s paces. I’ve seen carbon fibre used as engine mounting points before.

Are the battery terminals directly under the lip of the tank. You didn't show that in the video.

The are but with rubber covers and enough clearance

this fuel tanks is strange ahhaa, the ducati has a external fuel pump? how do we know how much fuel we have?

It does have an external pump. Vacuum fed. The monster tank doesn’t have a level gauge either. Just a low one.
