Excellent work. Can I ask, do you tig the inside also of the top or only the outside?

Thanks! Normally we only tig the outside, but if we can’t get a good penetration at for example a corner, we like to tig the inside on some spots as wel.

What material is the black stuff? It looks way better for mock up then cardboard.

How thick is the sheet.
