Jimmy Magee commentating on an All Ireland final is historical, but my abiding memory of this final is of Peter Canavan and Tyrone being robbed blind. Charlie Redmond farce and the relentless fouling of Dublin never mind the clearly legitmate equalising point that was disallowed by the ref. Not a great moment for the GAA.

Strange how you missed Fergal Logan jumping on Charlie's head which lead to the sending off incident in the first place not to mention numerous other late hits by Tyrone players on Dublin players. Well done Paddy Russell for disallowing that final point which was clearly handled on the ground. Your glasses are obviously rose tinted. Great result for the Gaa where the team trying to play actually won.

@@getthecansin Rule 1.2 (ii) Any player who falls or is knocked to the ground while in possession of the ball may fist or palm the ball away on the ground and may score by so doing.
