I absolutely LOVE Audiocontrol products, but the RF DSR1 is a FANTASTIC piece! Every bit as good as the AC units in terms of flexibility and SQ. This is coming from someone who was an IASCA SQ judge in the NE for over a decade. Its all in the quality of the install and tune.

I agree. Love my dm-608. Only prob is I should've gotten the 810

Dsr1 has alot of problems and constantly fail. I can't even get mine replaced and I have a 1 year warranty.

All things considered you must consider the options that are on the two and what's your goal for your build?

Does the dm-608 have a built in line driver? If so what is the max output voltage? I cannot find it anywhere

Question for you guys. The stereos of today have a lot of tuning features do I really need a dsp. I have a ilw-650 Alpine and I been able to tune it perfectly. High volume and clear sound even on loud. Do you think it's even worth getting a dsp if I have this Alpine or do you think I can get more out of the system and if yes what would that be.

So I'm finishing the install on my 2014 MB C250 - Running R2 500.1 with 2 R2D2 10" and R2 500.4 powering RF1675S front and rear for mains. LC7I for conversion. Question can I couple the DSR1 with the LC7i, I'd prefer to have the LC7I doing LOC, but would like the DSR1 for tuning. TIA
