You can use Lubricating eye drops. (Refresh Tears/Systane Ultra/Ecomoist Ultra) If you're not getting any relief by lubricating drops. You can use Omega-3 Fatty Acid capsules (1 capsule a day for 3 months). You can try Heating Eye Mask as well. If nothing works then you can go for IPL treatment. It's normal to see a few eye-floaters. Eye-floaters do not harm your eye in any way. With time, they either get settled down to the bottom of the eye or you get used to ignoring them. If eye-floaters have increased in numbers and causing a lot of trouble in having a clear vision then you should get your eyes checked. We do have treatment of eye-floaters. For instance, vitreolysis laser surgery for floaters is available now. Vitreolysis for floaters costs 8,000/- per eye. Vitrectomy (fluid change) costs 70, 000/- per eye. Sir your dry eye is cured

Sir, there is kind of flashing in my eyes almost once a week ..a white zigzag line flash . It starts with a blind spot in centre and slowly diminishes . I've been prescribed I-forte and Lacryl drops . Suggest me a cure.

Flashes are usually symptoms of retinal detachment. You should see a good retina doctor if your problem still persists after these eye drops.

Sir, this is one of the best information and ray of hope for the person like me who is suffering from dry eyes since last 20 years. There had been RE surgery in both of my eyes before almost 25 years, when there was no lesic technology available. Last year, my both eyes had cataract also. I get hellish pain in my eyeballs, especially when driving day time. Nights are not so severe. Secondly I have too much watery eyes, but eye specialists comments I have dry eyes. Also while driving , at times I feel like to shut my eyes & forget driving even if I am driving at 120kmph.
