When we rope we heel, we often forget about our left hand. This video shows where your left hand should go during the delivery of your rope and starts into where it should be when riding your horse. This is an intro to heeling position.

Hi Dru, I am just getting into the roping, like I'm still practicing on the ground (horse is just getting used to it) and I cannot find a video on how to throw the heeling loop! Someone had told me it was different, and now I'm really confused...
