When you moved forward, the angle of your knee changed, too, as your feet didn’t move forward as much as you did on the seat. Does the weight distribution change if you’d move your throne back to sit in the edge, maintaining that knee angle?

Sorry but i need to disagree a bit, i sit always a bit in the front of my throne because i'm actively using the weight of my legs to play the pedals in a way where i only use my strength to quickly lift my feet up and then the down motion is only made by letting my legs fall and i basically use the same quick up motion in all different tempos and if the tempo changes i only change the intervals between the hits
