@@MikeLevitsky i mean to be honest that's a pretty fair guess since polyphia does have a song called yas, so you may actually be right
The name polyphia comes from Polyphony: the style of simultaneously combining a number of parts, each forming an individual melody and harmonizing with each other. I think this song is really more so of a flex for them but at the same time really represents their name quite well.

Most of their songs are made by one of their guitarists, Tim Henson, he makes it in a computer program and then they try to replicate the sound. Tim is regarded as one of the best guitarists in the world and is pushing the capabilities of guitar to new levels. Not to mention he is still very young. Can’t wait to see how they grow even more through the years.

I just read that about them the other day. Some guys were going back and forth on how that was “cheating” on the way to make music. I strongly disagree. I call it innovation. Either way it sounds badass and makes playing music that much more fun.

"Hip-Hopy kind of Metal" Polyphia definitely genre blends. Tim, writer and guitarist, listens to a lot of Hip Hop and does a phenomenal job giving the guitar a voice. In one of his how-it's-made videos he talks about specifically making the guitar sound like the rhythm of a rappers voice.

You summed it up perfectly saying it's great but there is so many little things being added into every part of this song on any of the instruments.
