The love that they have for each other is perfect. The way that he looks at her and she looks at him, is a love that is like them ageless

The fact that they gave an intimate scene with Sersi/Ikaris and I felt nothing, yet all this with Druig/Makkari had me giggling like a schoolgirl.

Just gonna say -- the head touch is arguably more intimate for the two of them than passionate kissing. She can feel vibrations, and he can read minds. She actually feels him coming and recognizes his vibrations from yards away, and when they embrace, she can feel all of his biorhythms -- his heartbeat, breathing, maybe even the electrons firing in his brain. When he connects with her, his mental powers are in his most powerful range. I think they do a good job of conveying that he's simply opening the floodgates between the two of them and allowing them to feel without inhibition. Deep affection, belonging, mutual understanding, validation, and the powerful comfort of a relationship that has lasted centuries -- all in a touch. Nothing needs to be said. There's no brusque physicality to interrupt, they simply know the other and are known by them. It's a nice reminder that there's a difference between emotional and physical intimacy. It will be absolutely criminal to make a sequel and not let Ridloff and Keoghan just 'run' with this. Just keep the studio out of it and let them continue to write their own script.

bring it back. bring it baaaack!!! this actually says A LOT about underestimating and misinterpreting what audiences actually want and need. Ikaris and Sersi were supposed to be the favorite stand out but Druig and Makkari did not even kiss or do anything because why should they when there was everything already so obvious to begin with lollll

Makkari was originally a boy in the comics and Druig was a villain and constantly betrayed them! 🤣 I’m not sure if you knew this but “Drukkari” wasn’t originally supposed to happen but Lauren and Barry had so much chemistry and kept improvising cute little scenes that Chloe the director decided to just go with it! 🥰
