She was probably called back to Juarez because she was never supposed to make it through. If they are too busy celebrating finding this amount, they aren't going to pay attention to the suv(s) behind her loaded to the gills. Which also means that they probably didn't need a spotter at the drop point to know she got pulled into secondary and boned from the border.

The border search exception allows customs officers to search people and their belongings at the border without a warrant or probable cause. Same law applies to cargo and mail everything coming into the United States are subject to search so if they destroyed your item in a search you ain’t getting a dime but of course you can file a Tort Claims but only god knows if it’s going to get approved or not.

The politicians that resell this are going to make bank.
