Dirty water on upper Texas coastline is due to all the river water dumping into the gulf. Clear/cleaner water the farther south of Port Aransas.

Hi bomber, I have been watching your videos recently and appreciate the time and knowledge you put into them. I would like to know if you read the waves when you fish jetty and pier like when you fish the surf? I'm totally new to saltwater fishing, mainly banks, dikes, jetties and piers so your videos have helped me a lot. Would you mind give me some recommendation on what rods to get for surf fishing, I'm eyeing the classic glt pro from okuma since they're in my budget but I don't mind spending some more to get a decent rod. I had a buddy who came in 2nd in a King tournament fishing about 100 yards offshore where the out going tide was mixing with the ocean. He beat all these guys with Contenders, Grady Whites etc who shot way down the coast. He was in a 14.5 Scout

So which is better a 12 ft or should I just go all out and get a 15. I’ll only be casting from the beach. Possibly inlets and jetty’s. Is a 3 piece easier to deal with for a 15 or just get the 2 piece 12ft.

Looking forward for some SLOW MOTION shots, that's what us fishing guys like. How much did the drone cost and how do you like it? I'm 71 and am thinking of buying one . I really like the bait dropping part in the video. A r v servo could be used also. I;m in Oregon and i am an avid hunter and fisherman so looking forward to getting a drone to look where I can't see. Great content as always. I love what these new cameras are doing for the sport. Brant has been posting quite a few videos with one as well, but it's much cleaner down in the Florida panhandle. Hopefully we can get some good clean days over here and you get some awesome footage.

I've had it for 1 year, that's never happened to me. I always calibrate the drone before each flight, I fly it in open beaches with minimum interference as well. There's been a few times that I do lose signal but not enough to lose control. I have read some people do lose them, but there could be other factors in place. I always tell everyone to calibrate the drone 2 times to be on the safe side.
