He was used as a human shield. They wanted to take over the school shown in the video. But they're cowards. So they captured that man, and ordered him (under the threat of death) to go into the school and open all the doors and enter. That way, if there are any traps, he would trigger them and be shredded. They also ordered him to walk in the middle of the street to ensure that there aren't any IEDs. If there were he would trigger them and get blown to bits. That's why they were following him with multiple drones during the whole process. And in the full version of this video, as they follow him, you can see the bodies of civilians scattered and dead along the street. So no, it's not just a man walking in the street. They use Palestinians as fodder to trigger resistance traps. That is in fact one of the definitions of a human shield.

I don't know how you can say that he is being used as a human shield..he even walks off on his own at the end with no IDF in sight ..

Just surveillance drones (you know, a cheap way to escort someone where you know he is innocent and wants to make sure he went away from the war zone safely non-weaponized drones don't have this clear footage/light drones. weaponized drones (even the most simples ones) are heavy/slow. both of this drones are light and didn't show carrying any weapons/anything that would threaten the guy being "forced" you could say there's a sniper. but the footage literally shows he's going away and even going to rooms/multiple corners (safe from any sniper) why didn't the sniper intervene?

They show a video of IDF soldiers comign across a random male of combat age in an active combat zone. Instead os shooting him they search him, ask him to tell others to leave the area, and have him walk away unharmed while verifying his actions. Seems like a cut and dry case of atrocities to me too.

The video says they told him to go into the school, but where's the evidence for that? It isn't shown, and we don't know any of the people in the video to get testimony. Nevertheless, when they found an unarmed man they questioned him and after seeing he is not a Hamas member they told him to gather all unarmed civilians in the area and bring them to a checkpoint where they will be evacuated. Somehow, Al Jazeerah portrayed it as if Israel sent him to find Hamas members. As a precaution they used a drone to follow him and to see that he is not lying.

This is what you're trying to pass off as being a human shield? They got a Gazan to be a scout because he can spy on Hamas and even if Hamas spots him, they'll assume he's with Hamas. That's called making someone a double agent. That's not the same thing as a human shield.

well, someone in here found it, but here's the point of the video, it is fake. you are seeing two different people. One is detained, and one is walking around checking the doors (one has a white stripe on his pants, the other one doesn't). for all I know, the first person was detained by the IDF (there was some intel on his militant activity) and the other guy was used by Hamas as a human shield (to check if there are no IDF soldiers in the building, and yes, drones can be employed by Hamas as well)

Basically those people who made this video have deliberately lied (because they had to splice the two videos themselves). Basically this channel lies to cover the fact that Hamas does whatever they can to get more Gazans killed (to put more pressure by the international community to pressure Israel into a ceasefire with hamas still in power). If Israel agrees to a ceasefire with Hamas more Gazans and Israelis would die...
