Used to live on Septonne! This place is different for real. I lived in a basement apartment and the people above me were constantly partying. When I couldnt hear that I would hear ppl constantly arguing outside. Other than that its not like the bronx or something lol Thanks for taking the time to post this! I appreciate it

Interesting vid, thanks for your efforts in producing it. This area was known to me as the place to go for the incredible Christmas decorations put up by the residents. I never saw this area as being anything other than nice but then I left Newmarket in the 60`s & relise a lot can happen in that time. I lived off Davis Dr but at the other end toward Leslie & enjoyed living there & going to school at Sharon. I loved Newmarket & Canada & felt very sad to leave, & seeing this vid of the `Dogpatch` fills me with good nostalgia rather than anything negative.

Man this takes me back. I liked Newmarket better when it didn't decide to "modernize" and change some of the landscape and add new character-less apartment buildings. Why they completely flattened Hollingsworth Arena and even The Community Center just off Main Street, I don't know. However at least the area in this video hasn't changed all that much (outside of the Timmies on Davis there) and I'm so glad that field is still around. Watching this video was a cathartic trip back in time and I remember going through that barrier at the end of Hill Street a lot when I was a kid :) Thanks for this, man :)

The price of the house doesn't mean anything. They are low income rentals. The majority of people who actually live there are renting. Derp.
