Driving my 60 year old EH Holden to Uluru
I can't believe we made it to see the famous bid red rock in the heart of Australia's Outback! it has been almost two weeks since we departed for Perth. You can only imagine the challenges we've been through..
In the heat of Australia's summer, we're driving my old EH Holden with a minimum camping set up through the desert to get to this amazing place. I mean, this car can only run 80km/hour!
We still have no fridge, no air-con, no bedding set up, but we did it!
Wait for our next videos and let me continue telling you the story of our adventurous trip driving across Australia, with my Dad and German Shepherd dog. Will you add this trip to your bucket list??

Thanks mate. I spent some time in Siargo a few years ago. Had a few Red Horses in my day. What Island are you on?

Except they weren't so old then. I'm actually nostalgic...that HR of mine rusted away but the donk didn't miss a beat or the three speed on the tree. The diff, u joints and axles were another story though.
Hey you blokes Good to see an EH Holden being driven I'm currently rebuilding an old variety bash EH wagon it's a mess I've been told it's to far gone!! But there's no such thing as can't 👍👍

Your dad is an absolute legend. I start smiling even before he has said anything.

Yeah always cracking a joke
till a few years ago, the mighty northern territory use to have open speed limits, you use to be able to do over 200kph on the highway, it was great.

I hope you took some pics. Send them to my instagram or Facebook. It would have been a lot different back then. Yeah I would have liked to climb it, but Im sure there is a reason why it stopped.
Tits a lovely place that pub!
Guys guard your car and gear with your life, Alice Springs and the Rock 😂think about it eh.❤

We were good. I don't have to lock the doors when Mika is around.
Still like to know what kind of toyota landcruiser that vehicle is :) (I'm sure that is all you see out there...4x4 and diesels.)

The Nissan Patrol kind.

@@angelotsi849 I think I will just get an older cheap car and drive out there. I see a Nissan Maxima 2010 2.5 for under $5k. Add a set of AT's as large as will fit and go.

Haha @angelotsi849 there were only Nissans, old defenders and Toyotas out there. We didn't see any fords until we hit Sydney.
The old wagon doesn't know what year it is & you probably shouldn't say it out loud near the old girl just in case!
