Just based on the vehicles specifically the Lincoln Town Cars, this had to be recorded late in the 90's like around 98-2000. The body style of that specific Lincoln came out in 1998. Still very cool though to see LA County and how it looked back in the day.

around this time is when i learned what LA was. i was a kid in central cali in a small neighborhood where these new kids moved in. they told me they moved there from LA because of all the gang violence. so much gang violence in the 90s
