Driver borrows rival’s car and beats him! | Olympus Rally 2024 Highlights

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Brandon Semenuk dominated the Olympus Rally, winning all 16 stages and leading by over 13 minutes. He expressed a desire for more competition, missing the challenge from usual rivals due to their absence. The event, extended to 150 miles on exceptional roads, left Semenuk wishing for closer battles to test his skills further. Meanwhile, Nick Allen edged out Javier Olivares for second place in a tight contest, while other notable performances included wins in various classes, highlighting both seasoned and emerging talents.

If Semenuk really wants to compete, he needs to move to Europe and test his skills in WRC2.

Agreed. He showed up in Otago and wasn't doing as amazingly good. Had to adapt for a new challenge and more of this would be interesting ngl.

I mean switching to a left hand drive left hand shifting car 😂. I don’t blame him for not performing at his top form

Id imagine Red Bull and Subaru would help him too, so funding in theory wouldnt be an issue

I'm so proud of team Wide Open Cowbell. They are in it for the pure joy of the sport, scraping together every penny to keep racing, and their win is such an inspiration. Congrats to Ed, Phil and their team. See you at OTR.

Derik's car is none other than Lia's! (She drove the car last year and he owned it but great to see it's still out there ripping!)

can we get Brandon in the ERC or WRC2.. he has no competition, its boring as hell. i want to see if he has what it takes to handle the world stage and not just ARA or recently the Otago rally.

That Subaru seems light years ahead from the rest. Is it a different class?

We need more spectator zones. I would gladly pay a fee to get more groomed spectator areas. It was my first rally, it was awesome. It was nice meeting you Brenton.
