Drishyam 2 explores the fear of discovery within Rani and Anju since they don't know where the body is buried. Drishyam 2 finally gives an end to their fear by Georgekutty destroying Varun's skeletal parts and giving a portion of Varun's parts to Varun's parents to do their rituals. Investigational aspects of the film were only done after Jeethu Joseph consulted with forensic experts which Jeethu explained in interviews.

Years ago when I walked into the theatre I had no idea what I was about to watch and what impact this film would have on Indian cinema. I remember each scene so vividly. I remember walking out of that theatre in awe. This is peak cinema, this story is magic and mohanlal is a magician. Malayalam cinema continues to amaze me each day, as I write this four movies have again released that have rocked the industry. Just love this film man.

Drishyam 2 was an amazing movie. Especially the climax of what and where he buried the body. Anyways The climax of Drishyam shows that the body was buried in the police station 👮🏻‍♂️ 👮 👮‍♀️

Mohanlal is master of flexibility.. Look at his eyes folks the whole mistery is there..

mohanlal a natural actor . As a tamil i think kamal has done well in the remake . but after seeing this original version in malayalam ( with english titles ) i feel mohanlal is the best natural actor .

I was one of the first person to see this gem back in 2013. Film had very average expectations. I still remember that day. I was jobless and wanted to see a movie. Booked morning 9 am show at pvr lulu edapally. Hardly 40% capacity inside theatre. I believe this morning 9am show was the one of the first shows in world since multiplex wasn’t that common then in Kerala and pvr lulu was opened only few months back.. A movie which started as a simple family one took and turn and rest is history. Still remember that 50 year old uncle sitting nearby clapping and cheering for lalettan after that climax twist kick 🔥.. pure gem by Jeethu Joseph

Its my 1st time to watch a Malayalam movie, shared by a friend.. Im thankful that theres a subtitle in it.. I still understand.. 😊😊BTW, im a filipina.

@@josephpendleton4927 It's available on Prime, so I watched it there. Actually I watched the sequel first and then the first part.. lol. I kinda got the idea because I had watched the Hindi Drishyam :D It is only later I got to know about the Malayalam version of it and got to know how great Mohanlal is.. So I thought to watch it. I am certainly amazed :) :)
