Drinking this extract once a day can reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol and cleanse your body.
Ingredients:
Everything is 1 to 1 ratio depending on your serving.
-1 cup ginger juice
-1 cup lemon juice
-1 cup garlic juice
-1 cup apple cider vinegar
- honey (start with half cup) we're not trying to make this sweet but you can adjust to your liking
Instructions:
1. Get a juicer and make 1 cup ginger juice, 1 cup lemon juice no seeds and pulp, 1 cup garlic juice and 1 cup apple cider vinegar.
2. Use a strainer and make sure there is only juice and no pulp and other materials
3. Use a ceramic or pyrex pot because metal/steel will cause issues with the garlic and lemon, also use a wooden spoon for stirring.
4. Pour all four ingredients into the pot on high heat and stir frequently until boil
5. Once boiling, you can lower heat to medium and watch it until there is half of the content remaining
6. After this you should have your garlic ginger lemon apple cider vinegar extract. you'll notice it will be thicker as its lost a lot of vapor (30mins to 1 hour)
7. Let it cool off for 1 hour
8. Add Half cup honey and taste (add more honey if you prefer)
9. Enjoy
