Video Transcript: - Hi there folks. Drew Pittman with the Beatty Pittman Team. I hope you all are having a wonderful summer so far. I am out here in the Surf City area just before the bridge on Highway 50, and not far from our office, the Intracoastal Realty Surf City office is right down the street from me here. You might be wondering why I'm out here at this vacant piece of land, but I'm excited to announce that High Tides and Good Vibes will be started on this property later this year. And if you haven't heard about it, it's a 16 lane bowling alley. They have a restaurant that'll be serving everything from seafood to burgers. They also have a laser tag arena planned, a ropes course, and an interactive climbing set for kids. This is just going to be an awesome amenity for the people of Surf City, and really excited to see how this thing shapes out. They hope to have it ready for the summer of 2025, so keep your eye out on updates for High Tides and Good Vibes. Also wanted to point out, we have an awesome listing on the island, 200 Mason Court. This home has everything. It's got views, ocean and waterway side. You've got a private dock on the property. It has its own private pool. We don't expect any major changes on that between now and the election season, but for right now, we're getting just under 7% for some of our clients. The inventory has begun to build up a little bit, so homes are staying on the market a little bit longer, about two to three months of inventory right now. And that does allow the buyers a little more leverage and they're negotiating. But when it's a special property and it's priced right, we are seeing those still fly off the shelf, even with multiple offers still.
