The Ford Family Foundation and its rural community building partners are kicking off a campaign called "A Summer of 1,000 Rural Gatherings." Rooted in the idea that when neighbors see and hear each other neighborhoods are stronger and more capable, we are excited to support our community partners in standing up gatherings in small towns and rural areas across the state. This work is critically important in an election year, where forces may be seeking to divide, rather than unite, us.
