He’s a bonafide singer. What a surprise. I got to know this actor/singer through Love me Love my voice drama. Originally thought he was lip-syncing, but then saw a couple of his music videos and was blown away. Wow! Wow! Wow! Comparing him with all the other actors who also sing, he is on a totally different level than the others. And…he dances like a dream. Jianci is the complete package. Respect! 🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️

Agreed but better say he is a quadruplet threat. He sings, acts, dance and able to host variety shows. If not mistaken i just realize he has his own studio so i think he also does voice acting. He is truelly versatile.

I knew this kid through the movie "Lost You Forever" with a pretty impressive role, then I found out and was really surprised about his talent. I too discovered TJC in Lost You Forever. An excellent all rounder in singing, dancing and acting. This young man has an appealing demeanour which is lacking in many actors and singers, i.e., he is relaxed and just himself, without anxiety nor the need to put up a superficial appearance to look appealing or attractive. He knows his own worth so he is relaxed and confident. That is what makes him naturally attractive.

I just "discovered" him after watching "Under the skin" and am watching "Love Me Love My Voice" now. I did some googling and found out the he studied at the Beijing Dance Academy where he learned ballroom dance. He participated in 3 dance tournaments in the mid 2000 and won in Latin dance and modern dance. Then he joined the mando-pop group named M.I.C. In one of the videos (with Eng. subtitles), he mentioned that he wanted to do acting and was rejected many times in his early career. Last month, he was awarded the "VIP Star of the Year" and "All-round Artist of the Year" by Tencent. He definitely deserved the awards and hope to see more of him in acting, singing & dancing. I live in the USA. Like you, I depend on the Eng. subs.

First watched Tan Jian Ci in "Lost You Forever". Fell in love with his acting and singing. He is so amazing! The emotions he can elicit in you; stabbing you through the heart with his eyes and voice. I knew this kid through the movie "Lost You Forever" with a pretty impressive role, then I found out and was really surprised about his talent. I'm older and know many Chinese historical drama roles, but for some reason, I love this kid so much. I will always follow him and wish him success in all fields ♥♥♥

I too discovered TJC in Lost You Forever. An excellent all rounder in singing, dancing and acting. This young man has an appealing demeanour which is lacking in many actors and singers, i.e., he is relaxed and just himself, without anxiety nor the need to put up a superficial appearance to look appealing or attractive. He knows his own worth so he is relaxed and confident. That is what makes him naturally attractive.

I just "discovered" him after watching "Under the skin" and am watching "Love Me Love My Voice" now. I did some googling and found out the he studied at the Beijing Dance Academy where he learned ballroom dance. He participated in 3 dance tournaments in the mid 2000 and won in Latin dance and modern dance. Then he joined the mando-pop group named M.I.C. In one of the videos (with Eng. subtitles), he mentioned that he wanted to do acting and was rejected many times in his early career. Last month, he was awarded the "VIP Star of the Year" and "All-round Artist of the Year" by Tencent. He definitely deserved the awards and hope to see more of him in acting, singing & dancing. I live in the USA. Like you, I depend on the Eng. subs.
