Definitely the best goaltending you've seen out of Sway. The story goes that he originally wanted to play for toronto. They passed him over in the draft so he's got a big chip on his shoulder. I think he got under Toronto's skin. He's been doing it all season long Ullmark won three out of the four leafs games during regular season and Jeremy sat there chirping with the rest of the team. He's got a mouth too.😊 🐀 We've won all four regular season games against panthers, three out of those four games were Ullmark For the first time Jeremy played them in Florida, going into overtime- it was a brutal game but we pulled it off You might notice that linus helps forward lines more, he has a few assists. He's got the strength to get those long passes up to create breakaways like he has with Jake and Marchand- who blew them. Ullmark can use the boards to act as another defenseman. Look at how he played during the All-Star game, he was a defenseman and a goalie They have been picking and choosing the goalies according to the teams, rosters and where we're playing them since the tandem began Jeremy playing Toronto is logical, then Linus taking Panthers would follow that rotation. The goalie depends on the team, and the roster. Because Jeremy played vegas in Boston, I believe we won but there was no Jack eichel nor Mark Stone I don't believe Jeremy has beat McKinnon either. So he did a great job. And he's got a lot more development to go. He might turn out to be a better goalie than Rask. But we're looking at an overall career. Our last Stanley Cup in 2011 came from Tim Thomas the Tasmanian devil. Watch those highlights. You will seriously enjoy them. I'm betting Jeremy has watched them a thousand times! Glad you're enjoying the playoffs. We don't know how phenomenal he could have been because it was a relatively quiet series. Nobody was challenged greatly on a nightly basis I've been an active fan since Bobby Orr's flying overtime goal in 1970. We've only gotten three cups in a half century It's all about the ride and it seems that you're enjoying it!

Name a team in the modern era whos had as meny excellent goaltenders back to back as the Bruins. Timmy Thomas, succeeded by Rask, succeeded by Ullmark, now Sway taking the reigns. Even the backups, Khudobin, Halak. Team knows goalies.

@@HugoStiglitz88 Rask and Ullmark were never the reason we lost series. 2019 vs the blues we lost bc their defense was just better, last season the offense just decided not to score goals anymore. Neither choked.

The slightly unsung hero of the goalie production for the Bruins is the goalie coach Bob Essensa. He has been with the Bruins since 2003 and has really helped good goalies become great goalies. Bruins fans know him, but not sure he gets the recognition from outside the base.

In fairness to ullmark, it’s not like he “lost” the starting job, but instead it feels like swayman “won” it over. Swayman getting all of these starts is more to do with just how dominant he was rather than ullmark regressing

Glad he got the knod Game 1. I'm an Ullmark fan, but giving Sway Game 7 in back to back years, I'm glad he finally seized that series and Game 7 to get that monkey off his back of not wining a clinching game. ​@brendankelly9037

doesn't hurt to have 2 good goalies and have that Rotation. But yes Swayman on a hot streak so I'd keep going but for rest then Ullmark can do the job

They were battling for 1A all season. It was fantastic to watch but Swayman just took it to another level here in the playoffs.
