It was such a cool experience!

Ice skating on a track is cool but what's even cooler is that they make these long tracks on frozen lakes that can be several miles long and people do ice skating treks on them

Ahh that WOULD be a dream!

It looks freezing. Love the "it's cold" dance. As Floridians, we are always doing that. We love to eat local but often go by a McDonalds to see what regional things they have there. We are planning a family pilgrimage to Lapland in April, as it is our heritage and something we know very little about. Thanks for sharing your experience. As a father and son team of anthropologists and World travelers, we think heritage is amazing. I hope your 2023 is amazing and I hope your adventures are equally epic. Seeing the letters and art from Japan was my fave 🥹

We have really strikt laws concerning animal abuse in Finland. If those reindeer would be abused those people would get fined like hell.
