It wasn’t an extra jump, he was trying to get off of him. Dude grabbed his leg so that Draymond stumbled and stepped on him by accident. Once he stepped on him, he tried to get his feet off of him as quickly as he could. If you have a small dog or cat you’ve probably accidentally stepped on them before, and once you do you’ll immediately try and get off of them and do that awkward little jump thing

History is the only reason why he got suspended for this along with an academy award acting by Sabonis. Sabonis was so hurt, he played the final 7 minutes and ended it with a 2 handed thunderous dunk. The guy was not hurt at all.

Watching it at 0.25 speed, it does not look like Sabonis grabbed Draymond's leg intentionally at all. Sabonis falls, goes to grab himself as a reaction and there just so happens to be Draymond's leg. His leg actually takes Sabonis's hands upwards and appears like he grabs. If not, then Sabonis would not have let go so soon.

Doesn't feel like Sabonis was intentionally trying to grab a leg. He just fell down, with eyes closed, and attempted to cover his face with both hands. (Probably was hit in the face?) It just so happens Draymond's leg caught in between those arms.
