I don't think he does, a drawing like that would take longer than a few minutes, there's no way he completed all those shapes and textures that accurately on a shaky train in a few minutes...there's just no way. He starts the rough sketch on the train, then finishes it at home. It probably takes more like 2-3 hours. I think the "reactions" are probably fake.
