Ive never considered Goku to have God Ki in his base form. It's the main reason I hate that the red God from is called Super Saiyan. In BoG Beerus says his body remembers the feeling of SSJG and retained some of its strength. I don't think that implied he's using God Ki in his base. Just that he got a power up from the ritual. The red from should have been called "Saiyan God" and be considered Goku in base, using God Ki. I think the reason blue isn't as much or a drain (In the anime) is because they've already master the stamina problems regular SSJ had. SSJ Blue is just Red combined with Regular SSJ. Goku says as much in the movie.

1. I completely agree with u about the saiyan god name for the transformation (even if it doesnt have impact it would still be very easy to know the big difference between a super saiyan god and just a saiyan who reached a god power) definitely have said this myself for the longest time and to this day I still would 2. Its not so much that goku got a powerup during the movie and beerus mentioned goku learned from the experience when he said that he meant the god power was now within goku he was able to freely use it as his own without having to do the ritual like he did earlier before the fight cus beerus also hints to goku "you got what you wanted the power is now yours" implying that since it expired out super saiyan God is now in goku's transformations of power that he can freely use anytime he wants

Here's how it should have gone. Either: Since Goku's hair noticeably changes when he goes SSJ1, he should immediately get SSB. You can see blue energy flaking off of him when he first goes SSG indicating that at least by the time they made that scene they had already planned to phase it out for SSB making it's whole existence completely pointless especially if you're going to say "super" Saiyan god. Then, Vegeta, whose hair doesn't change very much from base form to SSJ1 if at all, a form with red hair would be his equivalent to Goku's new form instead being stuck with a weaker transformation which it may have sounded like what I was saying at first. Or: There is no SSB. Goku would have SSG but the hair would be red SSJ hair, and Vegeta would get SSJ4.

Or just read or watch the series yea.... basically with the god power it's simple min goku and vegeta got the feel of god ki by unlocking the god form for either they channel it through their bodies and can tap into it by being in a calm state

Goku swaps between Blue and God in the anime TOP, precisely for the same reason he does in the manga U6vsU7 tournament. Furthermore, In the anime TOP as well as the Black Saga, you can clearly see Mastered SSB being used, even by Vegeta in the TOP, as the lack of an aura in that form indicates the very same as the manga does, a lack of ki leakage. It's safe to assume that between the black saga and the TOP both of them fully mastered the form enough to use it effectively and enough for Vegeta to push the limits of the form to create a Super Vegeta equivalent. It's more a matter of Toyotaro wanting to use SSG more and Toriyama already wanting to move on from it.

You're not entirely correct there. The hair gets pale and faded when they don't have an aura. It's the same as when they're not actively spewing out energy like in any of the SSJ levels but this isn't the same as "no energy leakage" because Goku never mastered SSJ3 and none of them ever truly mastered SSJ2 or the SSJ1 "grades" and so far as in officially stated and shown, in both the manga and anime, Goku and Gohan are the only ones to have even truly mastered SSJ1 and yet there's been several times in the anime where they've had no aura whatsoever, in any of these forms, so the lack of an aura is not indicative of having mastered the form. And in fact in the manga there's clearly this steam or something around them that has never been present in the anime until Ultra Instinct was revealed.

Blue needed alot more control since the energy was too great and powerful to handle for both goku and vegeta plus at the time it used up alot of their energy to even use the form which is y in super they used it as a go-to form a whole lot after resurrection F

Damn this is such a coo vid God. As far as Goku Blue via the anime. Goku and Vegeta did have a problem or a weakness in not being able to re-enter the blue state and maintain the power level accurately. Especially due to the stamina of maintaining The Blue God form. Therefore, Goku continually trained transforming and digressing out of the blue God form in order to create the flow of mastery to retain that state. Remember when he fought Krillin, Gohan & 17. He was able to master this state with doubt having to compromise losing select categories within the power level. Power/Strength Speed, Stamina, Endurance, Durability & Chi/Ki Energy. While the anime the manga of do you have two different paths of explaining the same story arc. I find it deeply intriguing how each path flows. Like in math, gettin to the same answer but using different concepts. Overall I love the anime, but the manga has some killer clean concepts too, in regards to sum concepts in the manga, sketchy power scaling comes in the matter in various portions of the story. Anotha Majin Magic Vid I am proud to watch and happy to learn from. 🙏🏿

Also yes it was like this from the start. SSG is when he starts using God Ki. SSB is Super Saiyan combined with God Ki. This was stated from the beginning in the RF promo materials. It's ALWAYS been this way

It's no different from the fact that Rosé is just Super Saiyan but with the ki of Zamasu who is already a Kai, so he doesn't have "god ki" in the same way that Goku does because he never had to obtain it. His "god ki" is "the ki OF a god" which is why Rosé looks similar to blue but is a different color. That's explained in the future Trunks arc promo material when Rosé's design is revealed

Good video, I just wanted to point out that in chapter 63 Dende states that Goku's ki has reached god level. So its likely Goku in the manga uses some level of god ki in his base

Yeah but that's not all that crazy or impressive though. For one Dende isn't actually a god, he's like a physical stand in so how could he even tell when Piccolo or the other Saiyans can't? Does that mean King Kai can still sense their ki? And the writers seem to forget that whole concept is even a thing sometimes. Then it's like, really anyone can reach that level if they have the potential and do the work. Hell, Jiren was literally a weak nobody but with no god or angel ki at all he's at a level where "mastered" Ultra Instinct wasn't an immediate win.

@@OG-ColorfulAbyss. I never claimed it was impressive, that was never the point of my comment or this video. Also read Chapter 66 Dende says that his god ki was still developing and he is the god of Earth. So yes Dende is familiar with god ki, also Saiyans like Goku and Vegeta can detect god ki. As for Piccolo you are right, I have no idea how he knows how strong Goku and Vegeta are. I think you're mistaking god ki for a high power level when there is more to god ki than that. Just because someone can use god ki it doesn't make the user stronger than non god ki users. Goku was literally going to obliterate Shin in the Buu arc despite possessing no god ki at the time. If Jiren, Broly and Frieza were to tap into god ki they would legitimately be unstoppable.

@@j.i.k2.044 that god thing is a mistranslation though. The "Kami" is the guardian or custodian of the earth. He's not like a Kai where "god" is his race. I guess you could say he was trained in it like Goku and Vegeta were but there's no canon evidence of this. And I wasn't equating general power level with god ki, or rather the power level boost from it, I'm sorry if it seemed that way. What I was saying is that is that, while under the impression Dende shouldn't be able to sense God ki it wouldn't be that Goku is using some small amount of God ki in base form but that he is now as strong or stronger in base form than he was when he first went SSG

The way I seen it was Goku has two different kinds of Ki which was his normal Ki and God Ki like while his normal Ki did get a amp from SSG while fighting beerus he still has a whole separate reserves like when Frieza return I believed he used his God Ki and his Base which some guides and wiki Say it was called “Saiyan Beyond God form” with God Ki all they really do is turn Super Saiyan and that’s how u get SSB

It makes sense that God is more stable than blue because super saiyan is caused by emotion

you would need to build up god ki in bass for just to transform id assume

Actually that's not the case lol so with goku's side he did the ritual and fought beerus ofc comparing to super vs the movie yes in both goku's god power form times out or expired during the fights however difference is in super goku times back in using the god form since his body learned from the experience (in BOG movie beerus states the same but difference is goku uses the god power once to stop beerus's destruction ball and succeeds but is too tired out using all he had to win) so in reality it's just needing his body to get used to the form for a time and then it becomes apart of u while vegeta's was training with beerus and whis to achieve it and he had to learn the same way like goku did only without the ritual

u need to build up ki to transform which is why when ur low u loose the form i always thought. regardless of how its originally attained this seems to be the case whilst watching the realities of each battle. plus to be truthful i dont have much love for super cus the writing scaling and consistency isnt good. or logical. the way goku got the for was trash and poorly written just like the ui ans ue forms. @@onepieceking1770​

7:54 incorrect. These ability are only present during the ritual god form with yamoshi spirit being involved. We never read or see it happening again. 2 variants of the red hair god form, Memba that.

There is no canon source stating that Yamoshi's spirit had anything to do with the ritual. I have no idea where people got this information but it is blatantly wrong.

At the end of the day it’s all useless, they introduced a interesting concept of Special god Ki, then immediately rendered it meaningless by having everyone else with normal Ki reach a similar level if not surpass these god forms, the only concrete difference now is that mortals can’t sense it.

Blue is more powerful than red while red is quicker and less aura consumption. Vegeta on the manga against black done an amazing job by switching forms.

For me it's more badass than the anime version though i admit the anime version vegeta gets his raw power boost.
