They won't do it, it takes too long to draw, cross reference and make sure characters are consistent. Using 3D models is just easier, especially in a game that has 40+ characters and will probably get DLC, they'd need to keep 1 artist over a very long time span too probably.

Tenkaichi days were amazing when me and the boys used to random select characters. It was too fun to use everyone even the ass ones

I think they will do the same thing they did in tenkaichi 3 which was allowing you which form to start out as like goku super saiyan and so on but also if you choose base form you can still transform to the form as well

23:50 99% it is that how it works because that's how it woked in the previous BT games where they had "Goku (early)" , "Goku(mid)" and "Goku(end)" which they all had their own movesets, abilities and transformations. All those goku i mentioned appear in the sparking zero roster the only question for me is since Goku(super) has already filled in all the slots for transformations how will he get to ultra instinct mid fight maybe they will make it possible to have more than 3 transformations per character unlike previous BT games?

They had us worried in the first half, this looks fire, let me see some more tho

Z broly will be in the game due to the fact that they classify cannon broly as (Super) also yes u can transform to all respected forms for Goku and others. Such as Goku early,mid,end and super. And trunks went from skinny to Buff in the trailer you’ll see if u take another look.

Ain’t this the tenkaichi series or however you spell it. Cause I remember my cousin grinding the third or second one for all the characters from dragon ball-GT. I know gamings different and we’ve all just accepted micro transaction in games but still.

budokai 3, not tenkaichi 3, was amazing & you realllly threw hands also burst limit, mannnnn top tier too

I personally don't believe there is much point in making a new Raging Blast game. I believe they are adding the best aspects of both the Sparking series and Raging Blast series.

Yea the UI looks bad and the camera movement is way too much IMO, but other than that looks really good

Budokai tenkaichi is the western name Sparking is the name for the BT saga in japan, they just ditched the Budokai Tenkaichi name so it's called Sparking everywhere
