Well worth the 30 mins watching. Most video's that i have seen only skim over the details, or focus mainly on the ones they use and mumble over those they ignore.

That Short List perk is ABSOLUTELY necessary as it unlocks hidden items for purchase at most of the vendors. A lot of Tier 3 schematics are unlocked with this perk (the Hissing Waste merchant has the Tier 3 Superior Armors for each class but can ONLY be bought if you have this perk). It’s a definite must-have early to mid game.

Im influence lvl 20 and dont have deft hands, fine tools. can i respec them or am i screwed?
