Tata cars are built like tanks. Engine and gear quality is worse.

No doubt Suzuki's engine is better than tata, but please consider the kerb weight of both the cars. Kerb weight of spresso is approx. 775 kg where as kerb weight of punch is approx 1030 kg

Japanese are way ahead in terms of refining their Engine....TATA punch looks and safety is awesome but spare parts price are not cheap either. Even their engine build are worst. 150k KM tops even at 99.9% precision maintenance. While suzuki engine still goes at 300k at 60% precision maintenance.

Punch is far better in looks , quality inside cabin,safety ,build,comfort, roomy and gear box is ok becz Tata said that for a gear u have to put in particular speed to work properly and NA engines r not made for drag race and weight of the car is too high for Tin box Maruti Suzuki cars.

Drag race videos are one of the most useless and impractical ones. You are not on road for drag races, you are there for your life. I think this trend should be stopped to help buyers ease their buying decision. Every manufacture has their own + and -, and so does every car. For many people, Wagon R or even Kwid is practical, for others Tiago, i20 or others are. Still if you are too much into drag-races, then better buy a Lamborghini, if you can afford.

hn toh punch ka engine bhi toh bara hai na... 1200cc ka... muze toh lagta hai Alto se bhi har Jaye yeh punch....

I have punch, drove for 400 kms in one day, got an average 0f 20km/l , didn't feel tired, ride quality is great, of course I was not drag racing anyone. It's a car to enjoy rides , smoothly chalti hai , family khush and safe and so are you

Maruti make lightweight cars most of them weight just around meagre 700 to 800 kg..naturally they give high mileage and accelerate quicker. But in accidents they collapse and prove their zero star crash rating killing the occupants. Driving too fast is not safe in any car even if roads are empty. When people like Paul walker died driving fast and Porsche never accepted it as their fault.

Very good video for the creator as this will give you good money!! :) Content wise- NO ONE SHOULD DECIDE THEIR CAR PURCHASE VIA THIS VIDEO AS ITS PURELY FICTIONAL!! no one drag races in real life! Also the problem with Maruti is that they know Indian customer mentality very well.. we want bike like mileage and pickup in cars and hence Maruti gives you that to increase their sales.. but 100% they have 0 focus to safety!! This spresso is this even a car?? It's a uplifted model of alto which is meant to crowd indian roads. I fully agree that for racing cars pickup matters.. but then why don't you buy Lamborghini and do drag race?? It will make you crorepati for sure🙂

Maruti does not believe on international safety rating,Never send for crash test.Maruti believes that other company sends specific customized sample car for crash test to get good safety rating.few crash test for getting 5 star.
