I'm with Dr. Campbell on this. There is enough information on the highly inflammatory impact of consuming animal products, high fats and processed food to know that poor diet does cause cancer. Random event....unbelievable.

DNA damage is obviously an assential factor in cancer, but that does not necessarily make it a factor that drives cancers, does it? If DNA damage were a driving factor in the DNA copying process leading to up to 30% cancer mortality in some countries, how come the DNA copying process does not cause similar rates of errors resulting in birth defects in those same countries? It would appear that a second causal factor is riding on top of the DNA damage. The causal picture is more complex than just DNA damage. Think multi-factorial, multiple effects and multiple (causal) processes

I believed genes play a very small role in cancer cells promotion and progression, our cells function weaken hugely on what we r exposed, like bad foods, polluted air, polluted water, stress, many types of toxic chemicals, emf, hypoxia, not the sun as most people believed and etc that weaken our body inner healing systems. Because of this congestion (toxins), the cancer cells were forced to mutate to adapt to this new toxin environment. Mutated cells (Cancer) function was also to gather all the toxins from intra and extra cellular cells, so that our body can still managed to survive. The survival time depends on our body life force. Cells will be vibrant only in healthy condition not that of chemicals and radiations. Once we treated them like our greatest enemy and we fought intensey, our health will mostly became worsen than before.

Can we tell if those who ate or who continue to eat a plant diet, more primitive tribes, have lower rates of cancer? If so, then wouldn't it be easy to see that the progress of modern society results in higher rates of cancer? We know quite well I believe that other diseases are clear related to the modern life, the food part of our life, with heart disease. Why should it be different with cancer?

I just peeled and ate an orange. That's how I eat my fruit. Also, frozen veggies and fruit are often better than non-frozen or your fresh ones. They can be harvested a prime ripeness and nutrients can be locked in when frozen, like for example with baby spinach. It has a better nutritional profile than stuff that's been on the shelf.

@@tobiasbrown1882 that is very good to know! I was opting for "fresh" organic but truthfully, I have no idea when it was harvested. thanks!
