Any fool can “give a checklist” to someone to just go ahead and fill it out. This is malpractice and a “fee for findings”! No wonder why there was response distortion! Hughes gave the PTSD Form to Amber and let HER fill out all but 1 of usually 30 question symptoms of PTSD. Wayyyy more than your poor serviceman coming home from Iraq, for example! The narcissist, (A Cluster B Personality Disorder Trait with BPD/NPD), AH, made a HUGE mistake by checking all but one of these symptoms thinking that 1 would get her off the hook!!! I’m sure If AH was smart, she’d have checked one recurring symptom, 3 avoidance symptoms, 2 negative alterations in mood & cognition, and 2 hyperarousal symptoms occurring for at LEAST a month. But NOOO! AH had to check every damn symptom by the thinking that she can fake this diagnosis to this level of THIS Psychiatrist! Whoa! Dr Hughes just let Amber fill out whatever she wanted, told to do it and hand it in. Presto Chango, you have PTSD!!! Malingering haha! Exaggerating and over staring her “symptoms”…Hmmm really???? If looks could kill, Dr Hughes would be dead as would her Attorneys, JD & his Attorneys, and about everyone watching this would drop dead too! 👁👁 Amber! Amber THOUGHT she got a “live one” with Dr Hughes in just filling out what she wanted Hughes to testify about. Whoa! 🙄🙄

Overall, Johnny’s group of witnesses and legal team is so consistent with the way he carries himself: he is kind and respectful, professional and intelligent and he chose people who are the same to represent him. Dr. Hughes is board certified and has extensive experience. Translation, I'm older therefore I'm correct. The moment Dr. Curry mentioned that one of the check lists that Dr Hughes gave Amber, has every symptom of PTSD and basically said "you claim to have PTSD, here's a list of the symptoms, do you have these symptoms?" You don't even have to be a psychologist or lawyer to come to the conclusion that Amber would say yes to all those questions. Since claiming she has PTSD benefits her in the trial....

Amber is a turd, no doubt, but she's highly intelligent & manipulative. So many times she either gave the judge excuses or she played dumb to get her way and she did a few times because judge A was like "ok, you do that then" cus she was so stubborn. Elaine's arrogance isn't to be confused with intelligence. Someone should probably tell her that, for her own good.

Dr. Curry is very very intelligent, well spoken, with an extremely professional posture and extremely professional mannerisms. She’s also a very pretty woman. And to all you gawkers she is very much in love with her husband so no chance 😂.

This is SOOOO uncomfortable for Amber Heard to sit and listen to without being able to yell and scream over the top of Dr Curry. The look on her face says a lot.

What do you mean uncomfortable…? It’s highly satisfying 😅😊 Also it’s highly satisfying what a wreck of a cross EB brought to the stand. Rushed and unrespectful.

The fact Ms Heards lawyer asked the same bipolar question twice (“you’ve never testified about someone with bipolar disorder right?”), even after the first time she got the answer “that’s not correct” just shows how unprepared and inadequate she is as a lawyer
