I have had mine for going on 7 years now. I live in northern Michigan and my driveway is over 300 feet long. I mounted my blade on a 2006 GMC Canyon. The plow blade looks practically brand new after 7 winters. Also the rubber holds up extremely well and will not do harm to grassy areas unless the ground is still soft; then the two rubber end pieces will leave a line in the grass on both ends of the plow. (when backing up) The frame is subject to corrosion after a winter, but a wire wheel and some Rustoleum Black paint and it will look like new. You can't go wrong with this plow.

These things are the best I bought one in 2007 for my FJ cruiser and it has never let me down I plow 9 houses in a quarter mile street for the last 12 years 0 problems it works awesome and you can go over the curbs hit rocks and even go on grass and doesn't hurt anything best money I ever spent. The most I ever plowed was 34" No problem Park city Utah! Just used again 11/29/19 22" of snow piles it up 5 ft or higher

@@BattleoftheTools best review of these kind of plows that I've found on KZread university, most just show plowing snow, you got more into detail than anyone else I've come across. I appreciate the time that you took to make it.

+++1! I so agree. I just finished assembling it, and the whole time I'm thinking "Jeez! You couldn't pre-drill and tap these holes? You gotta make every customer struggle through it?" That part really sucked.

I have GMC AT4 (1500) with Duramax Diesel . My driveway is about 1/4 mile long, paved and about 30' feet wide. Thinking about getting this plow - do you still think it is worth it and would my setup work? Any regrets? How hard is it to install and remove the receiver? Thanks for doing this video.

I have a place upstate, 4 hr drive. Can I keep the plow on for the 4 hrs or do you not recommend that. I have a 2018 RAM Truck 1500 Longhorn.

Good question. I keep mine on for short drives, and then throw it in the bed of the truck for longer drives.

Leave the push frame on the front and throw the blade in your truck bed it weighs only 100 lbs. Or leave it on if you choose. Won't hurt.

If you turn the steering wheel to one side so the plow moves to that side? oh it just can go straight?

Hi Scott. That's true. I did put the back after recording this video. I'm always afraid I'll forget. Sometimes I even pull over shortly after leaving to make sure they're in place!
